One house for the whole group
Celebration weekends bring friends and family in from different places. Staying in one house gives the group a shared place to wake up, regroup and wind down. The Scottsdale Social sleeps up to 18 in five bedrooms, so confirm the overnight guest count and assign rooms before you choose dates.
The house is the stay, not the venue. Plan dinners and nights out at their own venues, and share the house rules and quiet hours with everyone before arrival.
Days at the house
Daytime is for the backyard: the private pool, the hot tub, the putting green, mini golf, Snookball and a basketball sport court, with 15+ games in total. The outdoor kitchen and long dining table give the group a place to share meals together.
Pool heat is optional and can be added for your stay; see the booking page for details. The hot tub is included year-round.
Old Town nearby for nights out
The house is in North Scottsdale, an easy drive from Old Town’s shops, galleries and restaurants. Plan evenings out at their own venues and use rideshare so the driveway's four parking spaces are not a constraint. We do not publish drive times because they vary with traffic; use the directions links in our local guide or a maps app.
Planning the weekend together
Start with the overnight guest list and work back from there. Agree who shares which of the five bedrooms, who is arriving when, and how many cars are coming, since the driveway holds four. Check-in is at 4 p.m., so many groups plan a relaxed first evening at the house by the pool and hot tub before anything else.
Use the trip planner to keep everyone on the same page: meals at the long dining table, a putting-green or Snookball rematch, time by the pool and reservations made for dinners out in Old Town. Our local guide lists restaurants, golf, hikes and outings with official links and directions from the house.
Birthdays, reunions and friend trips
The same house works for a milestone birthday with family, a college reunion or a long weekend with friends. Up to 18 guests can stay under one roof, with three full bathrooms, a game room and backyard games that suit mixed ages and energy levels. Some guests will want the pool all afternoon; others will want a basketball game on the sport court or a round of mini golf.
A place to stay, not a party venue
Not a party venue; quiet hours apply.
Parties are not allowed at the house, and the overnight group is limited to 18 guests. Share this with everyone while you are planning, not after they arrive, and review the house rules on the booking page before reserving.
