  • Assign groceries and prep before arrival, then use the full kitchen and long dining table as the group’s shared base.
  • Pack a light evening layer, sun protection and comfortable shoes; desert temperatures can shift quickly after sunset.
  • Keep an outing optional so the group can choose between time at the house and a Scottsdale day out.

Leave room for a relaxed meal at the house and verify every seasonal outing before the group commits.

  • Plan one main grocery run and confirm holiday opening hours directly with every restaurant, market and activity operator.
