One house for the whole family

Holiday trips with a big family usually mean juggling hotel rooms, adjoining-room requests and a restaurant that can seat everyone. A single house removes most of that. Five bedrooms and nine beds, including a bunk room, let grandparents, parents, cousins and kids each find their corner, while the open kitchen and long dining table give everyone a place to gather for holiday meals you cook together.

The house is all on one level, which many multigenerational groups appreciate, and the living room and game room give people somewhere to spread out on slower mornings.

Holiday meals at home

The full kitchen and the covered outdoor kitchen and bar make it practical to host Christmas dinner or a New Year’s Day brunch for the whole group. The long dining table seats the family together, and the covered outdoor dining area adds room when the weather invites everyone outside. Bring your traditions, your recipes and your playlist; the house supplies the space.

Something for every age

Kids head for the playground, the bunk room and the game room, with its pool table and foosball. Teens and adults run tournaments on the blue-and-red basketball sport court, the permanent snookball court, mini golf and the putting green. Everyone ends up in the hot tub under the covered pavilion, with an outdoor television for the bowl games.

The private pool is there all year. Pool heat is optional and can be added for your stay; see the booking page for details. Pool heat is purchased for the entire stay. Adult supervision around the pool is always required.

Friend groups and New Year’s

Friend groups also use the house as a New Year’s base: a place to cook, play games and regroup, with plans in town booked separately. The Scottsdale Social is a vacation rental in a residential neighborhood, not an event venue. House rules, guest limits, quiet hours and the visitor policy are listed on the official booking page and in the rental agreement; read them before you book, because they apply to every stay.

If your New Year’s plans include a bigger celebration, book that at a restaurant or venue in town and keep the house as the place the group sleeps and relaxes. The driveway fits four cars, so rideshare is the easy option for nights out.

Planning the holiday week

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout at 10 a.m.; the primary guest must be 25 or older. Holiday weeks are among the most requested dates of the year, so check the official calendar as soon as your group knows its window. Fiesta Bowl & New Year's 2026

The 2026 Vrbo Fiesta Bowl is a College Football Playoff quarterfinal on Wednesday, December 30, 2026 (5:30 p.m. kickoff) at State Farm Stadium in Glendale. New Year's Eve is the next night. The Scottsdale Social sleeps up to 18, with a pool, hot tub, sport court and game room, so the whole group can stay for both.
