Why groups pick it

A bachelorette or bachelor weekend works best when everyone is in one place. Instead of splitting across hotel rooms, the group shares one house: five bedrooms and nine beds for up to 18 guests, three full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a long dining table for the mornings after.

The backyard is the daytime headquarters: a private pool, a covered hot tub, a putting green, mini golf, a basketball sport court, permanent Snookball and 15+ games in total. Pool heat is optional and can be added for your stay; see the booking page for details.

The sleeping layout

The house sleeps up to 18 across five bedrooms and nine beds, including a bunk room, with three full bathrooms. Assign rooms before arrival so the weekend starts smoothly; the room-by-room photos on the stay page show exactly who fits where.

A sample weekend

Day one: check in at 4 p.m., claim rooms and ease into the weekend with the pool, hot tub and a putting contest. Day two: a morning round of golf or a spa morning, an afternoon pool day back at the house, then dinner and a night out in Old Town by rideshare. Day three: a slow breakfast at the long dining table, a Snookball or mini golf rematch, and one last soak before checkout at 10 a.m.

Our local guide lists restaurants, golf, spas and outings with official links and directions from the house, and the trip planner lays out each day so the whole group knows the plan.

Celebrating while being good neighbors

The house is in a residential neighborhood, and the house rules keep it that way: parties and events are not allowed at the house, the overnight group is limited to 18 guests, quiet hours apply, and the primary guest must be 25 or older. Do the big celebrating out on the town and keep the house as the group's relaxed base.

The driveway holds four cars, so plan on rideshare for nights out. Share the house rules with everyone while you are planning, not after they arrive, and read them on the booking page before you reserve.
